1. Fresh Mediterranean salad
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red onions
- Feta cheese

Instructions:
Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the cucumbers and red onions. Mix in a large bowl with the watermelon pieces and crumbled feta cheese. Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets
- Lemon juice

Instructions:

Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Red bell pepper
- Onion
- Garlic
- Sherry vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Peel the bell pepper, cucumber and tomatoes to make the preparation easier to digest. Blend the vegetables with the onion and garlic in a blender until smooth. Drizzle with sherry vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Leave the gazpacho to cool in the fridge for a few hours before serving. It’s the perfect cold soup for hot summer days, served as an appetizer for example.
4. Thin tomato, ricotta and nectarine tart
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry (homemade or store-bought)
- Beef heart tomatoes
- 80g ricotta cheese
- 1 yellow nectarine
- Mustard
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Brush with mustard, then arrange the tomato slices on top. Bake at 200°C until golden and crisp. Separately, brown the nectarine slices in honey. Once the tart has cooled, arrange the roasted nectarine slices and crumble the ricotta. Season with a drizzle of olive oil and basil leaves. Ingredients:
- Watermelon
- White sugar
- Lemon juice
- Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
Blend the watermelon flesh with a little sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker or place directly in the freezer, stirring occasionally to prevent crystals forming.
